Robert Charloe earned his Associate Degree in Photography and 2D Design from the Institute of American Indian Arts, Santa Fe, NM.  He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Arts and American Indian Studies from the University of Washington.  In 2007, he was awarded the Master of Arts in Education from Antioch University. He has been in the photography business for over 40 years and has participated in over 100 exhibits and has had solo/traveling exhibits in four countries.  Mr. Charloe has won numerous ribbons and awards ~ among the many honours and recognitions of Charloe’s work is a B&W iconic photo of a US flag on a tipi, that was selected as the image for the 2009 PBS 5-part documentary series “We Shall Remain” America Through Native Eye.
